About the Doctors

Dr. Peter Mackay D.C.

• Dr. Mackay is a graduate of the prestigious University of Toronto and an honours graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.  As a board-certified chiropractor in the State of California and a Qualified Medical Evaluator, he has an extensive career in sports injuries, industrial medicine, and physical rehabilitation.  He has worked with hundreds of professional athletes from the PGA, NFL, NHL, and major league baseball.

• Dr. Mackay is a member of the Titleist Performance Institute advisory board and is bringing the ultimate golf fitness program to PureFitness.  Dr. Mackay is the co-designer of numerous health and fitness products including the Therapeutica Pillow, the Spinal Support for chairs and the new Auto Support.  Recently Dr. Mackay has developed the “Core Grip” golf exercise device showcased on the Golf Channel.  Look for all these products at the new clinic! 

• Dr. Mike Wasilisin is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kent State University. He completed his doctoral studies at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa.

• Dr. Mike specializes in biomechanics, strength and conditioning, manual therapy, rehabilitation, nutritional supplementation and therapeutic exercises as they relate to golf and other rotary sports. He is also involved with the Titleist Performance Institute and has completed their highest rank obtainable, as a Level 3 Medical Professional (MP3).

• Dr. Mike's sports background includes being the performance coach and injury specialist for Blackhawk College Men's Golf Team, North Scott High School Men's Baseball Team, and Warren G. Harding High School Football Team.  He also was a veteran extern in the Sports Injury and Rehabilitation facility at Palmer College.
